Farmers' Markets in the Kootenays

Farmers' Markets in the Kootenays

We attend farmers' markets in our region on a regular basis both in the summer and winter. For us farmers' markets are the best way to connect with our customers. We get to know people face to face while we learn about their cut preferences and their favourite way to cook a pork shoulder roast. People get the opportunity to get to know us better by asking questions and learning about all of the different products we offer (and our favourite ways to cook, too!).

We attend markets in Creston, Rossland and Nelson on a regular basis, and you can catch us at select Fernie markets too!

The Creston Valley Farmers' Market runs Saturdays year round and switches locations dependent on whether we are inside or outside.

Outside - Cook Street behind the Visitors Centre

May 2 - October 31  9:00am - 1:00pm

*find us here  May 2 & every second Saturday starting June

Inside - At the Community Complex (TBD during Covid)

Nov 7 - Dec 19  10:00am - 1:00pm  weekly

We also attend year round farmers' markets in Rossland, though this year the regular market has not been running.

We are happy to join Happy Hills Farm at their farmstand in Rossland every 2nd Thursday afternoon throughout summer.

We will also arrange a delivery route for the remainder of the year so please contact us with your orders!

In Nelson you can find us bi-weekly at the Saturday Cottonwood Markets. We try also to attend any indoor farmers' markets that happen throughout the winter, and will post an updated schedule here for the 2020 indoor season at Taghum Hall when it becomes available.

Outside - Cottonwood Falls Park

June - October

Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm

*find us here every second Saturday
