We will now be offering local bison on our e-commerce site! We have partnered with another local Kootenay farm who raises 100% grass fed & finished Plains Bison. We had been thinking for a while now that a healthy bison option would be great to add to our product line up, and these folks have the set up to handle these animals, have been doing it for years and more importantly have farming standards that meet ours - so why not collaborate?

Having visited this farm, we saw the care and attention that goes into these animals while having the room and ability to exercise their natural behaviors - these buffalo are as natural as they can be with how they are raised, and they are given time to fatten and finish on grasses only instead of grains.
This of course really resonates with us and our commitment to provide the safest, healthiest and most natural products that we can to our customers. We plan on offering bison quite regularly by the piece, sampler pack, or larger bulk options.
